What they don’t get about Apple.

Let me start by telling my story with Apple. The first Apple product I encountered, was an old Macintosh that my uncle had, and let me play with. It had two games; Indiana Jones and Maelstrom, and it had Photoshop. I really liked it, but all my friends had PCs (and that was important because you could copy their games..), so that ended up being my platform of choice. I was always a bit fascinated with the Macs, but it seemed like a dead-end, and their users was part of some religious cult that refused to accept anything else.

My favorite podcast

I listen a lot to podcasts, and my favorite this summer has been the podcast This is Only a Test, by the guys at tested.com. I love the range of topics they talk about, and the chemistry between them. Highly recommended for any geek! 


New strategy

After many years of making my own website/blog, then moving to the mess (imho) that is Wordpress, I switched web host this week, and needed something to point my domain at. Moving the old stuff seemed stupid, as it’s dated and not really relevant anymore. So, in the hope of getting some use out of it, I made this tumblelog instead. I can’t see how this site WON’T change the internet!
